Official Rules – UK
These Official Rules contain additional terms and conditions which apply to each Omaze Prize Draw. Please read both these Official Rules and the applicable Experience Rules carefully.
Eligibility
To be eligible to enter and win, you must be a legal resident of the United Kingdom, aged 18 or over at the time of entry and at the time the prize is awarded.
Winner Verification
All potential winners are verified before being announced as prize winners. Omaze reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who does not meet eligibility requirements or who violates these rules.
Prize Acceptance
Winners must accurately complete and return any documentation required to accept and redeem a prize. Failure to do so may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
Governing Law
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
