Experience Rules - Bath II

What our lawyers want you to read
Bath II House Experience Rules

Let's get started with the basics

Thanks for entering our Prize Draws! Omaze UK Limited (Omaze) runs and is the promoter for different draws to give people the chance to win houses, money, gift cards and other prizes. You can find our company information here. You'll find details below about all the prizes available to win in each prize draw under these Bath II House Experience Rules (these Experience Rules).

  • About these Experience Rules

These Experience Rules contain the terms and conditions for each prize and prize draw described below (each, a Prize Draw) and govern your entrance into them. We also have Official Rules which contain additional terms and conditions which apply to each Prize Draw – please read both sets of rules carefully. By entering a Prize Draw, you agree to be bound by these Experience Rules and the Official Rules.

  • Key terms we use

We've defined the capitalised terms in boldin these Experience Rules. Any capitalised term that's not expressly defined in these Experience Rules is defined in the Official Rules.

  • No purchase necessary

No purchase, payment or donation of any kind to Omaze is necessary to enter a Prize Draw. You can use our postal entry methods if you wish to enter without payment to Omaze.

We draw winners for each Prize Draw using a verifiably random process from all eligible entries, which does not differentiate in any way between paid entries and postal entries. Your odds of winning depend on how many eligible entries we receive.

  • Where your entry fee goes

If you enter a Prize Draw by a paid method of entry, you are supporting English Heritage, a registered charity in England and Wales (1140351). Irrespective of the number of tickets sold in the Prize Draw, we guarantee to provide this charity with a donation of £1,000,000.
